The ice went out a mere five weeks ago, and the water temperature is a chilly 66 degrees in Little Birch Lake. Perfect swimming conditions…if you happen to be eight and five.

Maybe it’s the color of the towels, but it looks as if their lips are a little blue!

I would say, looking at Ava’s eyes, that she is shivering – so, Debbie, you might be right about those blue lips! Very cute!
