Just yesterday, I was looking back at old photos on the computer and among them were some of new baby Ava in the NICU. Now, she is old enough to have her ears pierced! It doesn’t seem possible seven years have passed by so quickly!

It would have been a lot smarter to have them pierced in the NICU. I did see an Italian-American baby with ear studs once. The waitress at this restaurant actually lugged her baby to the table when she took orders . . .
