Here’s Ava, standing on her head, holding her breath, waiting for me to give in. I didn’t give in; she didn’t pass out. Pretty sure I won.

Wow! I didn’t know kids actually held their breath. I thought that was just something that happened in movies!

I’m looking at this with the girls, and Hazel just said, “Ava. Upside down!”

That photo looks like it was taken at our house, but I don’t remember the confrontation. Next time, maybe she will ask Gramma instead of Mommy for a more positive response?
