Sweet Olivia! While discussing costumes during my visit in August, both girls wanted to be Elsa and quite a battle ensued. When Mommy suggested digging out the Peacock costume, all it took was a “Yes!” to the question “Can I wear a tiara?” and the Peacock was reborn. The hard part was deciding which tiara . . .
