I definitely need to adopt Laura’s attitude. We’re going to have a record-breaking low of 21 degrees tonight. The pansies I bought in Hastings on March 20th (when we “switched Grammas” during spring break) are beginning to think they are house plants. I have to schedule mowing the yard around snowfall forecasts. And I’m worried about the cherry blossoms and vishniak (or lack thereof!). This is a crazy year, indeed.

Those are some cute (albeit cold) little toes! We had ice and snow again last night, as well. I’m ready for spring!

Snow in April!?! This was not in the brochure!

We had snow today, too! Huge, gorgeous, heavy, clumpy flakes… falling onto a carpet of very vividly green grass. Such a funny picture.

No snow here! 1 and 1/2″ of rain yesterday – everything is looking so green all of a sudden. Laura, I sure hope the rain does not head your way!
