…then stuffed them with ground beef, tomatoes and garlic…
…and stuck them in the freezer.
We haven’t had a real abundance of anything from the garden this year, so no canned tomatoes or the like, but at least we have a few dishes of stuffed peppers to look forward to in the coming weeks!

Yum…that looks fantastic! Your title also reminds me of an episode of Scrubs. The residents have a patient who can only say “Pickles”. So JD says to the patient, “For all the money, what did Peter Piper pick a peck of?” The patient of course says Pickles and JD then says, “Oh….sorry so close, the correct answer was peppers, he picked a peck of pickled peppers.” Funny episode.
