Training update

I closed out week six with a 25 minute run today. I OWN that high school track.

…Well, at least as much as a 32-year-old mother of two whose idea of “training” is to limit herself to two glasses of wine the night before she runs could own a track.

But yeah, in that way, YES.

    I am so proud and motivated by you!!!!! A woman I work with started this program 2 years and ago and today she is thin, toned, happy and healthy. I worked out next to her tonight and she was running at 7.5. So you know, she hated running at first and said even sometimes running for one minute was torture and she especially hated when she had to start running for 5 minutes straight. Great job Rebecca!
