Homework help

Ava has to round up a number of things that start with the letter “Y” for homework this week. We have yarn, but that’s it. Any ideas? (Bryan’s yo-yo is at work…)

    An empty yogurt container–suppose a yard stick wouldn’t fit in her sack. How about a school year book (or is the preferred name—-annual?).

    Any books on the shelf with titles starting with “Y”?

    Do you have one of those “page-a-day” calendars? You could take “yesterday’s” page.

    Yoga mat? Anything related to yoga?

    How about a piece of the yard? Sod in a plastic container?

    Yak, yacht, egg Yolk? You could hard-boil it!
