Wow–I had no idea how cold it was there, Laura! We’re right around zero this morning–maybe a couple of degrees under. It’s cold, but the wind isn’t blowing too hard.
I’m hoping someone from Madison will let us know what it’s like up there!
It’s a high of -5 today, and tonight it’s -27 without windchills (so, feels like -35 or -40). Colin refuses to wear gloves, so I’ve just been running between the car and daycare. It’s not so bad though, if you don’t go outside 🙂

Egads! Right now in Iowa City, it’s -21 with a windchill of between -35 and -50. And Josh refuses to wear a scarf.

To add insult to injury, it’s 40 degrees in Alaska! But then there’s Fargo, where it’s currently 47 below, so I guess we can’t complain to terribly.

They’re still predicting 47’F in Lawrence on Saturday. Coca will be so happy. Can we plan a trip to that lovely dog park?
