I bottled the beer this weekend. Grandpa and I sampled it, and it was not good. Granted, it was warm and flat, so I’m hoping the carbonation period will help.

If you’re lucky the carbonation and addition time will help. I find home brewed beer very dark and heavy, in general. (Don’t tell my other favorite home-brewer Scott.)

I tried it once and all the bottles blew up . . .
