Ava was admiring my wedding dress and “hat” in our wedding photos last weekend. Since my veil (which my grandma made) is still hanging in my closet, I let her try it on. She was thrilled, though insisted that she needed flowers, too.

Ava is so darling. I loved playing dress-up in my mom’s wedding dress and veil as a little girl, too.
