I took these photos about 10 minutes ago. This storm passed through quickly, dropping half-dollar sized hail downtown. It’s the first in a long line this evening.

After all the rain we have had – we are already dry, and hoping for rain tonight. Looks like there is a front moving toward us, although does not look like it will be ‘serious’. I got a call from the Johnson County Sheriff in Iowa City about 6PM – with a tornado warning. Talked to Laura, and they were not in the part of the county that was in the line of storms.
The wind has picked up here, and the temp has dropped at least 10 degrees – so I think we will go sit outside for a little bit and enjoy the cool weather!
