Snug as a bug

When I was on maternity leave, Olivia spent a fair amount of time in the baby carrier, facing me, sound asleep. She just liked being held, and this allowed me to get something done in the meantime. (Something other than watching old episodes of Rock of Love, anyway.)

Now, she’s perfectly content playing with (chewing on) toys while laying on the floor, but she still loves to be carried around as you go about your tasks. Bryan recently got out the baby carrier again, and this time, Olivia is strong enough to face outward.

The Bjorn is fantastic–it keeps the baby (and the drool) contained!

Is that drool all along the top?! How funny! She sure looks happy!

It is. Next to the fever, rash, crabbiness and inability to sleep for longer than 90 minutes at a time, it’s my favorite teething symptom. One tooth down, 19 to go!

She must be out of the woods now for chicken pox????? What a darling little girt, despite the drool! Muffy drools a lot, too, if that makes you feel any better!

Yeah, definitely not chicken pox–I asked at her lung recheck yesterday (at which she weight 18 pounds…)
