We had, well, seasonably warm weather for most of the weekend–a nice shift from the 50s we saw last week. Ava and I took the opportunity to plant pansies in the front flower pots. We had these in a full month earlier last year!
This morning, it’s a chilly 40 degrees, and it’s raining! What’s it like where you live today?

Currently, rainy and 39 degrees 😦 For the record, a day in the 50s around here is a *fantastic* day. I hate to imagine what your Madison friends are still suffering!

It’s 38’F and rainy here. I hope we don’t go below freezing this week. Many of our buds died in a hard frost around this time last year. Thanks for thinking of us, Laura. 🙂

Such pretty girls! And such pretty flowers.
We had snow last night (and rain and sleet) — enough to accumulate in the gardens and on the deck. Temps today were in the low 40s. We have a 70% chance of rain tomorrow and 80% chance tomorrow night. We are so ready for spring!

This is a test. This is only a test. If this had been a “real” Comment, it would not have shown up since the Blog recognizes “Mom” as spam. I’ll follow your suggestion and try a name change to see if that works . . .

So the blog recognizes “Anonymous” but not “Mom” or “Rebecca’s Mom?” I’m beginning to take this personally!

Our rain has also just turned to snow — a very heavy, wet snow falling quickly. So much for seasonable weather!
Sorry about your posting woes, Deb!

It has been raining here also – but definitely the days are getting warmer! The birds are singing away, so I know that spring is here, even if the temperature is not cooperating! I am very glad for the rain, BTW – we are still really dry here.

PS. Anonymous was me (Liana). I forgot to type in my name when I used the web browser on a different computer. Maybe there is a delay, but I can see all your comments, Deb.

Thanks for the sympathy girls. My comments do eventually appear, but only after Rebecca rescues them from the Spam Filter.

That one went through on its own!
