Bry: You could call them cankle covers.

    Colin has some wiggle-proof socks from Kohls (http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/baby/socksshoes/PRD~106411/Carters+6pk+Bubble+Socks.jsp) They actually stay on a lot longer than normal socks, he can only get them off about once per day, rather than every 5 minutes. I think the secret is the elastic band in the folded-down cuff… Anyway, hope there’s something similar down there 🙂
